Customized Gift

If your gift has been engraved or specially customized, we unfortunately cannot resell it. This means returns are not possible. Has your gift arrived damaged, defective, or are you unsatisfied for another reason? Please contact us via the form below and include a clear photo. We are confident that together we can find a suitable solution.

Non-Customized Gift

Is your gift not customized? Then you may cancel your order within 14 days of receiving the product, without giving any reason.
After cancellation, you have another 14 days to return the product.

Step 1: Register Your Return

Before sending your product back, please inform us by using the contact form below. Include the reason for return, your order number, the date of receipt, and your contact details. Please wait for our confirmation. We respond within 24–48 business hours. Once your return has been formally registered in writing, we will refund the due amount within 14 days, provided the product is received in good condition.

Step 2: Packaging and Shipping

Please ensure your return is properly packaged:

* Preferably in the original packaging and in the best possible condition,
* Include all accompanying accessories,
* Use sufficient padding to prevent damage during transport,
* Add the packing slip. Don’t have it anymore? Then include a note with at least the order number.

Step 3: Return Receipt and Refund

Once we have received the return in good condition, you will receive a refund of the full amount including shipping costs. If the product is damaged or the packaging is more heavily damaged than necessary to inspect the product, we may deduct depreciation costs. Please handle your product carefully and ensure safe packaging when returning it. Only the shipping costs for sending the product back to Geefy.nl are your responsibility.
